§ 63-a. Liquor tasting. 1.
(a)Any person licensed pursuant to section\nsixty-one or sixty-two of this article shall be permitted to conduct\nconsumer tastings of liquor in establishments licensed under section\nsixty-three of this article to sell alcoholic beverages for off-premises\nconsumption.
(b)Any person holding a retail license to sell liquor\nunder this chapter shall be permitted to conduct consumer tastings of\nliquor upon such person's licensed premises.\n 2. All consumer tastings of liquor shall be conducted subject to the\nfollowing limitations:\n (a) tastings of liquor shall be conducted by the licensee or an\nauthorized agent of the licensee. Such licensee or agent shall be\nphysically present upon the premises at all times during the conducting\nof the consumer tasting
