§ 56-a. Filing fees and refunds. 1. In addition to the annual fees\nprovided for in this chapter, there shall be paid to the authority with\neach initial application for a license filed pursuant to section thirty,\nthirty-one, fifty-one, fifty-one-a, fifty-two, fifty-three, fifty-eight,\nfifty-eight-c, fifty-eight-d, sixty-one, sixty-two, seventy-six,\nseventy-seven or seventy-eight of this chapter, a filing fee of four\nhundred dollars; with each initial application for a license filed\npursuant to section sixty-three, sixty-four, sixty-four-a or\nsixty-four-b of this chapter, a filing fee of two hundred dollars; with\neach initial application for a license filed pursuant to section\nfifty-three-a, fifty-four, fifty-five, fifty-five-a, seventy-nine,\neighty-one or eighty-one-a of this chapter, a filing fee of one hundred\ndollars; with each initial application for a permit filed pursuant to\nsection ninety-one, ninety-one-a, ninety-two, ninety-two-a,\nninety-three, ninety-three-a, if such permit is to be issued on a\ncalendar year basis, ninety-four, ninety-five, ninety-six or\nninety-six-a, or pursuant to paragraph b, c, e or j of subdivision one\nof section ninety-nine-b of this chapter if such permit is to be issued\non a calendar year basis, or for an additional bar pursuant to\nsubdivision four of section one hundred of this chapter, a filing fee of\ntwenty dollars; and with each application for a permit under section\nninety-three-a of this chapter, other than a permit to be issued on a\ncalendar year basis, section ninety-seven, ninety-eight, ninety-nine, or\nninety-nine-b of this chapter, other than a permit to be issued pursuant\nto paragraph b, c, e or j of subdivision one of section ninety-nine-b of\nthis chapter on a calendar year basis, a filing fee of ten dollars.\n 2. In addition to the annual fees provided for in this chapter, there\nshall be paid to the authority with each renewal application for a\nlicense filed pursuant to section thirty, thirty-one, fifty-one,\nfifty-one-a, fifty-two, fifty-three, fifty-eight, fifty-eight-c,\nfifty-eight-d, sixty-one, sixty-two, seventy-six, seventy-seven or\nseventy-eight of this chapter, a filing fee of one hundred dollars; with\neach renewal application for a license filed pursuant to section\nsixty-three, sixty-four, sixty-four-a or sixty-four-b of this chapter, a\nfiling fee of ninety dollars; with each renewal application for a\nlicense filed pursuant to section seventy-nine, eighty-one or\neighty-one-a of this chapter, a filing fee of twenty-five dollars; and\nwith each renewal application for a license or permit filed pursuant to\nsection fifty-three-a, fifty-four, fifty-five, fifty-five-a, ninety-one,\nninety-one-a, ninety-two, ninety-two-a, ninety-three, ninety-three-a, if\nsuch permit is issued on a calendar year basis, ninety-four,\nninety-five, ninety-six or ninety-six-a of this chapter or pursuant to\nparagraph b, c, e or j of subdivision one of section ninety-nine-b, if\nsuch permit is issued on a calendar year basis, or with each renewal\napplication for an additional bar pursuant to subdivision four of\nsection one hundred of this chapter, a filing fee of thirty dollars.\n 3. If the authority shall deny an application filed pursuant to this\nchapter it shall return the annual fee to the applicant and retain the\nfiling fee.\n
