§ 56-A — Filing fees and refunds

§ 56-a. Filing fees and refunds.

1.In addition to the annual fees\nprovided for in this chapter, there shall be paid to the authority with\neach initial application for a license filed pursuant to section thirty,\nthirty-one, fifty-one, fifty-one-a, fifty-two, fifty-three, fifty-eight,\nfifty-eight-c, fifty-eight-d, sixty-one, sixty-two, seventy-six,\nseventy-seven or seventy-eight of this chapter, a filing fee of four\nhundred dollars; with each initial application for a license filed\npursuant to section sixty-three, sixty-four, sixty-four-a or\nsixty-four-b of this chapter, a filing fee of two hundred dollars; with\neach initial application for a license filed pursuant to section\nfifty-three-a, fifty-four, fifty-five, fifty-five-a, seventy-nine,\neighty-one or eighty-one-a of this c
