§ 120-A — Corporate change; hearing on application

§ 120-a. Corporate change; hearing on application. Upon the\ndisapproval by the authority of an application for a corporate change in\nthe stockholders, stockholdings, officers or directors the liquor\nauthority shall provide for a hearing at which the applicant may produce\nany evidence it shall desire with reference to such disapproval by the\nauthority.\n
