§ 8-107. Municipal regulations.

1.Nothing in this article shall be\nconstrued as abrogating or impairing the power of any municipality to\nenforce the provisions of any local building regulations pertaining to\nlighting standards in existing buildings, provided that such provisions\nare not inconsistent with the standards.\n 2. Any municipality which adopts local lighting efficiency standards\nfor existing buildings in accordance with this section shall file a copy\nof such standards and any amendments or revisions thereof with the\ncommissioner within thirty days after promulgation or adoption of such\nstandards, amendments or revisions. The failure to comply with the\nprovisions of this subdivision shall not impair or otherwise affect the\nvalidity of such local standards or amendme
