§ 56. License fees.

1.The annual fee for a license to manufacture\nbeer shall be:\n (a) four thousand dollars for a brewer's license, unless the annual\nproduction of the brewer is less than seventy-five thousand barrels per\nyear, in which case the annual fee shall be three hundred twenty\ndollars;\n (b) three hundred twenty dollars for a farm brewery license.\n 2. The annual fee for a wholesaler's beer license shall be eight\nhundred dollars.\n 3. The annual fee for a vendor's license shall be one hundred\nforty-four dollars.\n 4. The annual fee for a license to sell beer at retail not to be\nconsumed on the premises where sold shall be one hundred ten dollars.\nWhere, however, the applicant is the holder of two such licenses, the\nannual fee for each additional license thereafte
