§ 518. Remedies. The commissioner may institute such action at law or\nin equity as may be necessary to enforce compliance with any provision\nof this article or of any rule or regulation applicable thereto or\npromulgated thereunder in a manner consistent with this chapter and/or\nthe civil practice law and rules.\n
