§ 515. Aids to enforcement.

1.All licensees shall be subject to\nreasonable inspection by the department and a person who holds a license\nmust make himself or herself, or an agent thereof, available and present\nfor any inspection required by the department. The department shall make\nreasonable accommodations so that ordinary business is not interrupted,\nand safety and security procedures are not compromised by the\ninspection.\n 2. The commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations to aid in the\nenforcement of this article, provided such enforcement tools, remedies\nand/or procedures are available to the commissioner for enforcement with\nrespect to similar licensed practices or prohibited conduct under this\nchapter, and/or the civil practice law and rules.\n
