§ 5-513. Recovery of excess. Every person who, for any such loan or\nforbearance, shall pay or deliver any greater sum or value than is\nallowed to be received pursuant to section 5-501, and his personal\nrepresentatives, may recover in an action against the person who shall\nhave taken or received the same, and his personal representatives, the\namount of the money so paid or value delivered, above the rate\naforesaid.\n
