§ 193. Fair packaging and labeling of containers. When commodities are\nsold, or offered or exposed for sale in containers, the net quantity of\nthe contents shall be plainly and conspicuously marked, branded or\notherwise indicated, on a label or tag attached thereto, in terms of\nweight, measure, numerical count or other unit as may be prescribed by\nthe commissioner.\n
