§ 1527. Professional relationships and liabilities.\n (a) Each shareholder, employee or agent of a foreign professional\nservice corporation who performs professional services in this state on\nbehalf of the corporation shall be personally and fully liable and\naccountable for any negligent or wrongful act or misconduct committed by\nhim or by any person under his direct supervision and control while\nrendering such professional services, and shall bear professional\nresponsibility for compliance by such corporation with all laws, rules\nand regulations governing the practice of the profession in this state.\n (b) The relationship of an individual to a foreign professional\nservice corporation with which such individual is associated, whether as\nshareholder, director, officer, employee
