§ 148. Establishment of integrated pest management program.
1.There\nis hereby established an integrated pest management program for the\npurposes of managing insects, diseases, nematodes, weeds and rodents.\nSuch program shall include, but not be limited to programs of\ninstruction, research and development, the purpose of which is to\neducate the agricultural community and integrate programs of:\n a. crop management and cultural practices;\n b. field scouting;\n c. economic threshold; and\n d. chemical and biological control.\n 2.
