§ 1370. No control by other boards or commissions. Except as herein\notherwise expressly provided, the authority, in the issuance of its\nbonds or other obligations, and in the exercise of its powers provided\nin this act for the fixing, charging and collecting of fees, rentals, or\nother charges, shall not be subject to the jurisdiction, control or\nregulation of any commission, department, board, officer, or agency of\nthe city, or of the state or any political subdivision thereof.\n
