§ 108. Restrictions upon licensees.
1.No licensee except the holder\nof a license to manufacture alcoholic beverages shall keep or permit to\nbe kept or consumed on the licensed premises any alcoholic beverage\nexcept the alcoholic beverages which he is permitted to sell under the\nterms of the license issued to him.\n 2. The provisions of subdivision one of this section shall not\nprohibit a person holding a retail on-premises license and a retail\noff-premises beer or beer and wine products license for an adjacent\npremises to transport alcoholic beverages through such off-premises\nlocation to supply such adjacent on-premises location.\n
