§ 1003. Payment of abandoned property.

1.In such succeeding month of\nFebruary, and on or before the tenth day thereof, every such public and\nother corporation shall pay to the state comptroller all property which,\nas of the first day of July next preceding, was deemed abandoned\npursuant to section one thousand of this article, held or owing by such\ncorporation.\n 2. Such payment shall be accompanied by a true and accurate report\nsetting forth such information as the state comptroller may require in\nrelation to such abandoned property including the title of the\nproceeding, the name and last known address of the awardee if such award\nis made to a known owner, the date of confirmation, the damage parcel\nnumber, the amount of the award, and the amount of any interest due\nthereon
