§ 1-203. Provisions excluding application of certain sections to\nmatters previous to dates of their original enactment.

1.Section 1-202\napplies to all obligations arising on or after September first, nineteen\nhundred seventy-four.\n 2. Section 3-101 applies to contracts made on or after April\nthirteenth, nineteen hundred forty-one.\n 3. Section 3-107 applies to contracts made on or after September\nfirst, nineteen hundred sixty-one.\n 5. Section 3-311 does not affect any interest or right of survivorship\nexisting prior to April twentieth, nineteen hundred fifty-nine.\n 7. Subdivision two of section 3-313 does not affect any right, cause\nof action or defense existing prior to September first, nineteen hundred\nthirty-seven.\n 9. Section 5-301 applies to undertakings or promise
