Text

“Person” means: 1. A natural person. 2. Any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity, including, without limitation, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. 3. A governmental entity other than:

(a)This state or an agency or instrumentality of this state; or

(b)A political subdivision of this state or an agency or instrumentality of a political subdivision of this state.
