Text
If such bond or evidence that such bond is filed in another state is filed, any person defrauded or injured by any wrongful act, misrepresentation or failure on the part of a motor club with respect to the selling or rendering of any of its services may bring suit on such bond in the person’s own name; but the aggregate liability of the surety for all such suits shall, in no event, exceed the sum of such bond.
