Text
Any person who is licensed as an insurer pursuant to chapter 680A of NRS or issued a certificate of authority pursuant to chapter 695A, 695B or 695C of NRS may submit an application to the Commissioner for a certificate of authority to provide a limited health service in this state. The application must include the information requested by subsections 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15 of NRS 695F.110 and any subsequent material changes or additions thereto.
