Any nonprofit hospital or medical or dental service corporation organized and created under the provisions of this chapter and engaged in the operation of a hospital or medical or dental service plan may contract, without regard to the limitations in respect to contracts imposed by this chapter, with any agency, instrumentality or political subdivision of the United States of America or of the State of Nevada for the furnishing of hospital or medical or dental service and care and, in aid or furtherance of such contract, may accept, receive and administer, in trust, funds directly or indirectly made available by such agency, instrumentality or political subdivision.
