Text
In the event of any merger and consolidation as provided by this chapter, contracts and contribution certificates issued in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and outstanding at the time of the date of the merger and consolidation may be continued in force, reinstated, renewed and repaid without change of provisions, except as such change may be necessary or advisable at or following the next renewal or reinstatement.
