Text
The Commissioner may adopt such reasonable regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, relating to the substance, form and issuance of any contract covering the furnishing of hospital or medical or dental services and required to be approved by the Commissioner as are necessary or desirable. The regulations may not prohibit the use in any such contract or agreement of:
1.The word “subscriber” as a designation of the obligee.
2.The phrase “a family member” as a designation for the members of the family of the obligee.
3.The word “contract” or “agreement” as a designation for the undertakings of the hospital or medical or dental service corporation.
4.The phrases “furnishing of service” or “payment of benefits” as a designation for the commitments of the hospital o
