Text

Domestic stock and mutual insurers shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the general statutes of this state relating to private corporations as such statutes are constituted on January 1, 1972, or may thereafter be constituted, except where such general statutes are in conflict with the express provisions of this Code and the reasonable implications of such provisions, in which case the provisions of this Code shall govern.
