Text

1. The Radiation Therapy and Radiologic Imaging Advisory Committee is hereby created. 2. The Committee consists of seven members, all of whom are voting members, appointed by the Governor. The Governor shall ensure that the members of the Committee represent the geographic diversity of this State. The Governor shall appoint to the Committee:

(a)One member who holds a license and is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, or its successor organization, to practice in the area of radiography.
(b)One member who holds a license and is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, or its successor organization, to practice in the area of nuclear medicine technology.
(c)One member who holds a license and is certified by the American Registry of Radiol
