Text
The Division shall deposit any money it receives from a civil penalty imposed pursuant to NRS 205.960 and 645G.900 with the State Treasurer for credit to a separate account in the State General Fund. The Division shall expend at least 75 percent of the money so received to pay administrative costs related to:
1.The licensing of exchange facilitators; and
2.Any program it develops to supply information regarding exchange facilitators to the public.
Ê Any remaining money may be used by the Division to reimburse residents of Nevada for financial losses caused by the illegal conduct of an exchange facilitator.
