Text
1.If the exchange facilitator is a corporation qualified to do business in this State, every officer, director and exchange facilitator officer designated pursuant to NRS 645G.170 of the corporation who does business in this State must be licensed. No other employee is required to be licensed.
2.If the exchange facilitator is not a natural person or a publicly traded company, each shareholder, member or other owner who owns 10 percent or more of the voting stock, shares or other ownership interest of the exchange facilitator must be licensed.
