1. Any person who desires to secure a license to practice veterinary medicine, surgery, obstetrics or dentistry in the State of Nevada must make written application to the Executive Director of the Board. 2. The application must include all information required to complete the application and any other information required by the Board and must be accompanied by satisfactory proof that the applicant:
