Text

1. The Board shall keep a record of:

(a)All charges filed against a licensee;
(b)The proceedings of any formal hearing conducted by the Board or a hearing officer;
(c)Any order filed by the Board; and
(d)All licenses issued by the Board including the name of the holder of the license, his or her business address, the date the license was issued and the number of the license. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the records of the Board listed in subsection 1 must be open to the public at reasonable times and places. 3.
