Text

1. The Board shall elect from its appointed members a President and Vice President, who serve at the pleasure of the Board. 2. The Board may elect from its appointed members at least one member to act as a representative of the Board at any meeting held within the State or outside the State when the Board considers such representation beneficial. 3. The Board shall:

(a)Employ an Executive Director, who shall maintain a copy of all correspondence;
(b)Adopt regulations concerning the duties and qualifications of the Executive Director; and
(c)At least annually, review the performance of the Executive Director.
