Text

1. The Nevada State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners is hereby created. 2. The Board consists of eight members appointed by the Governor. 3. Six of the members must:

(a)Be residents of the State of Nevada.
(b)Be graduates of a veterinary college accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association.
(c)Have been lawfully engaged in the practice of veterinary medicine in the State of Nevada for at least 5 years next preceding the date of their appointment. 4. One member must:
(a)Be a resident of the State of Nevada.
(b)Be a veterinary technician.
(c)Have been lawfully engaged in practice as a veterinary technician in the State of Nevada for at least 5 years next preceding the date of his or her appointment. 5. One member appointed by the Governor must be a representative of t
