Text

1.If a naprapath determines that the diagnosis or treatment of a patient is beyond the scope of practice or the skill, training and competence of the naprapath, the naprapath shall refer the patient to an appropriate provider of health care.
2.As used in this section, “provider of health care” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 629.031 .
