Text
In addition to any other requirements set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license, including, without limitation, an expedited license pursuant to NRS 634B.210 or 634B.220, must submit to the Division a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Division to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report.
