In seeking injunctive relief against any person for an alleged violation of this chapter by practicing homeopathic medicine without a license or practicing as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or as a homeopathic assistant without the appropriate certificate, it is sufficient to allege that the person did, upon a certain day, and in a certain county of this State, engage in the practice of homeopathic medicine or in the practice of an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or of a homeopathic assistant without having the appropriate license or certificate to do so, without alleging any further or more particular facts concerning the matter.
