Text

The purpose of licensing homeopathic physicians and certifying advanced practitioners of homeopathy and homeopathic assistants is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. Any license or certificate issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege and no holder of such a license or certificate acquires thereby any vested right.
