Text

1. The Board through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person or persons practicing homeopathic medicine without a license or practicing as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or as a homeopathic assistant without the appropriate certificate. 2. Such an injunction:

(a)May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive measure.
(b)Does not relieve such person from criminal prosecution for practicing without a license or certificate.
