Text
In a manner consistent with the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, the Board is authorized to prosecute all persons guilty of violation of the provisions of this chapter and may employ investigators and such other assistants as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and chapter 622A of NRS, but any expenses so incurred must not be paid out of the State General Fund.
