Text
If the Board has reason to believe that the conduct of any homeopathic physician has raised a reasonable question as to his or her competence to practice homeopathic medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients, the Board may order an examination of the homeopathic physician to determine his or her fitness to practice homeopathic medicine. When such action is taken, the reasons for the action must be documented and must be available to the homeopathic physician being examined.
