Text

The following acts, among others, constitute grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying the issuance of a license or certificate: 1. Inability to practice homeopathic medicine or to practice as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or as a homeopathic assistant, as applicable, with reasonable skill and safety because of an illness, a mental or physical condition or an alcohol or other substance use disorder. 2. Engaging in any:

(a)Professional conduct which is intended to deceive or which the Board by regulation has determined is unethical.
(b)Medical practice harmful to the public or any conduct detrimental to the public health, safety or morals which does not constitute gross or repeated malpractice or professional incompetence. 3. Administering, dispensing or prescribing a
