Text

1. To renew a license or certificate, other than a temporary, special or limited license, issued pursuant to this chapter, each person must, on or before January 1 of each year:

(a)Apply to the Board for renewal;
(b)Pay the annual fee for renewal set by the Board;
(c)Submit evidence to the Board of completion of the requirements for continuing education; and
(d)Submit all information required to complete the renewal. 2. The Board shall, as a prerequisite for the renewal or restoration of a license or certificate, other than a temporary, special or limited license, require each holder of a license or certificate to comply with the requirements for continuing education adopted by the Board. 3.
