1. A person shall not engage in the practice of environmental health in this State unless the person holds a registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.110 , a temporary registration issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.112 or a provisional registration as an environmental health specialist trainee issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.115 . 2. Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. 3. In addition to any other penalty prescribed by law, if the Board determines that a person has violated the provisions of subsection 1, the Board may:
