Text

1. The Board may issue a temporary registration to engage in the practice of environmental health upon application and the payment of the fee required pursuant to NRS 625A.130 to any person who holds a valid and unrestricted registration, certification or license to engage in the practice of environmental health in the District of Columbia or any state or territory of the United States and who meets all the qualifications for registration in this State. 2. A temporary registration issued pursuant to this section:

(a)Is valid for not more than 6 months; and
(b)May be converted to a registration as an environmental health specialist issued pursuant to NRS 625A.110 upon:
(1)Payment of the registration fee set forth in NRS 625A.130 ; and
(2)Submittal to the Board of any information require
