Text
Every person who, being the duly constituted representative of a labor organization, shall ask for or receive, directly or indirectly, any compensation, gratuity or reward, or any promise thereof, upon any agreement or understanding that any of his or her acts, decisions or other duties as such representative, or that any act to prevent or cause a strike of the employees of any person or corporation, shall be influenced thereby, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
