Text
Before a license is issued by the Department to an operator of a public livestock auction or a limited license is issued by the Department to conduct an annual sale of livestock, the applicant must deliver to the Director:
1.A surety bond pursuant to the provisions of NRS 573.033 ; or
2.A deposit receipt pursuant to the provisions of NRS 573.037 .
