Text
In the case of hearings held pursuant to NRS 544.220, the Director shall, and in other cases may, cause a record of all proceedings to be taken and filed with the Director, together with his or her findings and conclusions. For any hearing, the Director or a representative designated by the Director may issue, in the name of the Director, subpoenas requiring any person to appear and testify or to appear and produce documents at any designated place.
