Text

The provisions of NRS 484D.700, subsection 2 of NRS 484D.705 and NRS 484D.715 and 484D.720 do not apply to any highway which is part of the Federal-Aid Primary System, Federal-Aid Secondary System or the Interstate System if their application would prevent this State from receiving any money for highways pursuant to section 127 of Title 23, U.S.C.
