1. If a vehicle is carrying a load of loosely piled agricultural products such as hay, straw or leguminous plants in bulk but not crated, baled, boxed or sacked, the load of loosely piled material and any loading racks retaining the load must not exceed 120 inches in width. 2. The provisions of NRS 484D.685 with respect to maximum widths do not apply to implements of husbandry incidentally operated, transported, moved or towed over a highway other than an interstate highway or a controlled-access highway. 3.
