Text
The purpose of licensing vehicle transporters is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. Any license issued pursuant to NRS 482.316 to 482.3175, inclusive, is a revocable privilege and a holder of such a license does not acquire thereby any vested right.
