Text
1. The State Fire Marshal shall:
(a)Maintain a prioritized schedule to inspect or cause to be inspected all state buildings to determine the extent of compliance with the provisions of all laws or regulations adopted by the State to protect employees, the general public and property against fire.
(b)Order any changes that the State Fire Marshal may deem necessary to comply with any laws or regulations adopted by the State to protect employees, the general public and property against fire.
(c)Provide inspection forms and maintain records of inspections of state-owned or state-occupied buildings.
2. If the agency in charge of any state property fails to comply with the order of the State Fire Marshal for any structural change within 30 days after the receipt of such order, the State Fire
