Text

1. At least three members of the Commission shall be present at every hearing upon a recommended disqualification, and they shall exercise all powers relating to the conduct of the hearing and shall enforce all decisions with respect thereto. 2. The proceedings at the hearing shall be reported either stenographically or by a phonographic reporter. 3. Oral evidence shall be taken only upon oath or affirmation administered by the Commission. 4. Every party to a hearing is entitled:

(a)To call and examine witnesses;
(b)To introduce exhibits relevant to the issues of the case, including the transcript of testimony at any investigative hearing conducted by or on behalf of the Board or the Commission;
