Text

Any money received by or on behalf of a cemetery authority relating to the interment, inurnment or entombment of a pet must be applied to pay the deposit required by NRS 452.685 before the remainder may be used for any other purpose. The cemetery authority shall place the deposit into a trust fund for the endowment care of the cemetery.
