1. A cemetery authority shall, before the interment, inurnment or entombment of a pet, require a deposit for the trust fund for the endowment care of the cemetery, in addition to any fee charged for the interment, inurnment or entombment. 2. The deposit for the trust fund for the endowment care of the cemetery must be set by the cemetery authority in an amount which is not less than:

(a)For each grave, $5 per square foot.
(b)For the first entombment in a single, companion or communal crypt, $35, and for each additional entombment in the same crypt, $20.
(c)For the first inurnment in a single, companion or communal niche, $15, and for each additional inurnment in the same niche, $10.
